18 CARAT DIAMOND ‘TRILOGY’ BROOCH AFTER CARTIER.

A Magnificent and Rare, Beautiful Quality Fine Art Deco Diamond Brooch,
c. 1910, set in 18 carat White Gold, similar to a Cartier design.
There is a Trilogy of three principal Diamonds in the centre. These are
early brilliant-cut and total approx. 1 ¼ carats, clear and white
(SI1/2) and G-J). They are in a rubover millepoint setting.
The rectangular millepoint frame immediately around these is
attractively pierced and set with twenty Quality old European-cut
Diamonds.
Above and below this section, there are eighteen more sparkling
graduated old cut Diamonds.
The ‘wings’ of the Brooch
contain twelve more Diamonds, and the corners a further sixteen.
The Brooch is festooned with superb Quality old-cut Diamonds.
The Total Diamond content is approx. 2 ¾ carats, in fine
millepoint 18 carat White Gold settings.
This Exquisite Brooch measures 2 inches long by 21mm. at the widest
points.
The original pin at the back has a cylinder safety catch.
All in Excellent Condition, and all Original.

An
Exquisite, Unique Victorian Swivel Brooch with a hand-painted miniature
c.1860!
This beautiful Brooch has two sides.
The centre swivels round to display a second picture.
On one side, there is a miniature hand-painting of a ‘cavalier’ woman
with a large flamboyant hat.
This turns round to reveal an early photograph of a woman in Victorian
dress, wearing an unusual floral hat and a Whitby Jet memorial Brooch.
Instant Relatives!
The Brooch can be worn with either picture showing, or alternatively,
either or both pictures can be removed and replaced with one’s own….
The frame is delightfully engraved and ornamented with applied leaves and
curls.
Swivels in good condition are very rare.
This one is in Excellent Condition.

This beautiful and perfect Victorian brooch is in
high carat gold and is dated c. 1865.
The centre raised graduated spheres
mark the juncture of two intertwined symbolic arrows or gloves.
These arrows are
embossed with an applied rope twist pattern indicative of tall flowers.
This is set on an oval tubular frame.
This piece of artwork is symbolic oftravel, union and friendship.
It is finely crafted of high
quality workmanship and in pristine condition. It measures 33mm. across.
PINK WEDGWOOD BROOCH

This is a beautiful and very attractive brooch.
It
depicts a classical scene with young women at leisure, being serenaded by
musical cherubs.
A very fine carving showing great craftsmanship in pink
and white porcelain.
This is mounted in a gilded frame of bows and
embossed leaves.
Full Wedgwood stamp on reverse.
It measures 46mm by 36mm., and is in excellent condition.

beautiful Victorian Wedgwood Brooch and pendant features a classical scene
with a young woman and a cherub.
In classical pale blue and white
porcelain, it has the full Wedgwood stamp on the reverse.
It is set in a
gilded frame with an ornate scroll decoration mount.
This could be used
for a chain to convert to a pendant, or for a safety chain.

JET WATERFALL BROOCH

A Large and Spectacular Antique
Waterfall Brooch festooned with sparkling French Jet and Citrine glass
stones!
It is made in two sections. The upper section centres on a large
pendeloque cabochon of French Jet.
This is framed by a halo of concentric lines of sparkling, brilliant-cut
French Jet and Citrine coloured stones.
The lower, dangly section features three large Citrine glass stones, out
of which flows a ‘waterfall’ of alternating lines of the same
stones.
The locking clasp and pin are all original and in excellent condition,
as is the whole of this superb Brooch.
It measures 3 ¼ inches by just under 1½ inches, and comes
in a beautiful gift presentation box.
PAIR OF ANTIQUE HAND-PAINTED SATSUMA BROOCHES

A beautiful pair of Japanese Satsuma brooches,
associated with the 18th. and 19th. Centuries, and
both in excellent condition.
The larger brooch is in an unusual shield
shape.It is hand-painted
with a bird in a beautiful floral display.
They are subtle colours
and a Royal Blue frame, measuring 48mm x 52mm.
The other brooch is round and quite unique in its
subject matter. The painting is of a scene which incorporates a track,
like an early railway, in a populated landscape with Pagodas.
This
also has a Royal Blue frame, 40mm diameter. An interesting and
attractive addition to a collection, or for wearing.
