A Rare and Beautiful Antique Sterling Silver Necklace festooned with Quality Moonstones, after Sybil Dunlop.
Moonstones were popular at the end of the 19^th Century and were used extensively in Art Nouveau Jewellery.
Each section of the Lavaliere has four Hand-cut Moonstones, each of approx 1 ¼ carats weight.
There are twenty such sections, with a flower shaped dropper, making this a Very Special, Attractive and Alluring piece, comfortable to wear.
The Total weight of Moonstones is approx. 110 Carats.
Each Moonstone is claw set in Sterling Silver and has a wonderful iridescence with a mesmerising blue and fine silvery, schiller.
The dropper has a large Moonstone centre with nine smaller ones around it.
The original clasp is a sprung push fit, which closes firmly and securely.
It is 15 inches long and the dropper hangs 29 mm.

A Creative and Beautiful Quality Antique Silver Collar Necklace, from the Arts and Crafts Period, mounted with Gold enamelwork panels.
The Necklace consists of eight Silver woven snake strands, which are variably tensioned in order to lie correctly and comfortably on the lower neck.
At the centre there are five shaped and fluted Gold ‘panels’, fixed in place, with nine more around the neck.
Each Gold panel has stylised flora which are infilled with green, blue, turquoise and a touch of red, enamels. The craftsmanship is second to none, showing great artistic skill in design and execution.
At the back, one of the panels conceals the secure push fit clasp.

A Stunning and Dynamic, Unique Choker-Necklace with pendant ‘vaseline’ Chalcedony and Pearls.
The Chalcedony are a translucent, milky, delicate bluish Green, graduated in size and elongated and tapered, like long pendant fangs.
The lengths range from 29mm. to 47mm. from the top of the gold mounting.
Above these, there are nine lustrous half-Pearls, each 10mm. in diameter, set into collars.
There are nine pendant sections altogether, joined by strong soldered links.
The chain is also a strong, shaped link with a sprung bolt ring which is stamped ‘750’ for 18 carat Gold.
The length overall is 17 inches, but could be shortened by clipping the bolt ring through a different part of the chain, to your personal choker size.

A Unique, Impressive and Mysterious Pendant in the shape of a Scarab Beetle, on a ‘snake’ chain.
The Scarab is well-formed, and is positioned on a cartouche full of hieroglyphic symbols. 
The Pendant can be reversed and worn either way, too. On 18 carat Gold on Silver.

The Scarab Beetle was treated as sacred by the Ancient Egyptians, and considered the embodiment of the god Khepri. This god was associated with birth, renewal and resurrection, and as one of the sun gods, represents the dawning of the sun. 

The chain is a comfortable ‘snake’ chain 22 ½ inches long, with a simple and secure ‘S’ clasp.
The Pendant itself measures 1 ½ inches from the top of the bale (40mm.) by ¾ inch.

The Bow is in the form of a Lover’s Knot with a central cabochon Garnet 7mm. across (over 2 carats!)
The radiating arms of the Bow are festooned with Gorgeous Rose-cut Garnets –38 in all.
The Pendant dropper is also surrounded by 21 rose-cut Garnets.
Each Garnet is a Superb deep Rich Red Wine colour. The total Garnet content is approx. 24 carats!

Slices of Garnet have been used in windows in Churches and Temples in the past, and Legend has it that Noah suspended Garnet in the Ark in order to dispense Light.Garnets are also known to have curative effects. It could be used as a Choker-Necklace or a Bracelet, or even a watch chain which it would have been originally.
Each Gold link is a double bar with a rope twist knot connection.
The bar at the end has engraved lines and turns in the clasp.
It measures 15 ¾ inches. As a Choker-Necklace, or Bracelet, it could have a fob or Locket attached, if required. 
It can easily have extra Gold jump rings added, too, for extra length if required.

A Superbly Versatile and Captivating reversible Georgian Collar Necklace, c.1830.

One side is embellished with plaques which are indented with 6 pointed stars. Each section is double-linked to the next. Each grooved link is hand-soldered for strength.

The clasp is a large bolt ring with a good sprung clip for ease of opening and closing.

This substantial, strong, thick Collar can be used with a pendant or Locket clipped in (see Photo A) or reversed (see Photos B and C).

A Beautiful and Elegant Riviere-Necklace festooned with Peridots.
There are 72 olive green sumptuous cabochon Peridots. Each one is over ½ carat, making over 36 carats of semi-precious Peridots.

(Peridots are at the top of the semi-precious range of Stones. They were very popular in Victorian times, often referred to as ‘Olivines’ – a reference to their attractive colour.
Peridot was sometimes used in Religious Jewellery. The Crusaders brought Peridot to Europe in the early Middle Ages, transporting Stones from St. John’s Island in the Red Sea, where it has been mined for over 3,500 years!) 

They are in a Gold rubover setting for comfort when wearing, and arranged in very attractive and flattering V shape.
The catch is a simple and effective snake S making it easy to fasten on, and take off.
