An Impressive and Mysterious Necklace with Scarab Beetles on an unusual chain.
Each Scarab is 12mm. by 7mm., well-formed, and is positioned on a cartouche of hieroglyphic symbols. 
There are thirteen of them – a mystical number.
On 18 carat Gold on Silver, with a wheatsheaf on either side.
The Scarab Beetle was treated as sacred by the Ancient Egyptians, and considered the embodiment of the God Khepri.
This God was associated with birth, renewal and resurrection, and, as one of the Sun Gods, represents the dawning of the Sun. 
The chain is 21 inches long, with a simple and secure long ‘shepherd’s crook’ clasp, which can be slipped into any part of the chain. This makes it very versatile, for any size wanted – from choker onwards.

A Delightfully Attractive Necklace set with Moonstones.
There are seven (Lucky) Moonstones which are square cut, and set in a diamond shape, and one cabochon oval Moonstone.
Each Moonstone has a wonderful iridescence with a mesmerising blue and white schiller. 
There are approx. 4 carats of Moonstone altogether.
They are set in raised collars of 18 carat Gold on Silver with strong soldered links.
The chain is also a strong soldered mini belcher with a bolt ring clasp. 
There is also a ring for a safety chain, if required.
There are extra links which the bolt ring can clip onto, to make the Necklace adjustable to different sizes. So the length varies from 17 inches to 18 ½  inches.

A Distinctive and Beautiful Quality Antique Amber Necklace. These were very popular in Victorian times. 
This Necklace would have been worn by an aesthetic Lady in the Art Nouveau or Art Deco period.
(Amber is the resin from Pine trees that existed 60 million years ago. It is also believed to have Healing properties. Since Greek times, it has been used for a number of Medicinal purposes. Amber becomes charged with Electricity when rubbed with a cloth. This was well known to the Greek Scientist Thales of Miletus in the 6^th Century B.C. It was this which gave rise to its Greek name Electron from which is derived the modern word ‘Electricity’).
Each bead is slightly graduated, and translucent, with a warm orange glow.
Each is clear, giving a glimpse of nature from 60 million years ago, pre-history, before Man walked the Earth.
It is 26 inches long, with 51 beads, and is simply thrown over the head to make an Attractive statement.

This is a Stunning Necklace from the 1920’s (or earlier), set with early brilliant Diamantes.
There are three pendeloque droppers below three rows of sparkling Diamantes, which develop into two semi-circles.
The shimmering stones reflect light like Diamonds, and they continue all the way round the Necklace to the back.
Here, a larger stone conceals the original, diamante, sprung fastener.
