We ship World Wide.
Goods will be shipped immediately upon clearance of payment, we ship 5 days a week.
Postage within the UK with Insurance and Gift Wrapped is £8.00
Out side of the UK ( Europe ) is £10.00 with Insurance and Gift Wrapped.
All other Destinations are £15.00 this includes Insurance and Gift Wrapped.
Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, and all other Far Eastern Countries.

FEDEX is £50 in Europe and America
FEDEX is £70 to Australia and New Zealand.

It is our policy not to ship to Indonesia or use any Escrow Service.

Payment

We accept most leading Credit Cards including American Express and Switch, All charges are in GBP Sterling and will show on your bank statement from Laurelle Ltd in GBP.
You can also pay for your order by paypal, cheque, or cash, we accept payment in sterling and dollars.
It is safe to use your credit card with ourselves, we have a secure server for you to put in your details, we have made every precaution to make your transaction secure, we process your credit card using a secure server.

Layaway

We welcome layaway payments, we ask for 20% of final deposit including shipping and hope you can complete within 6 months. If goods purchased on layaway are later returned, or , in the meantime, the customer changes their mind, a 20% restocking administration fee is applicable.

We will insure that the price of goods and services we are offering are clear and easily found, that means that the price is clearly seen and no hidden extras like taxes.

The price you pay is displayed on the website at the time we receive your order, however, while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur, In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to offer you the item at the correct price, or cancelling the order and sending you a full refund.

To Receive a Refund or Credit

1. You must notify us by email or telephone within 7 days once you receive the item, England 01524 67238
2. Items must be returned fully insured for the price paid, in the same condition as dispatched, in the original packaging, without any alterations or damage, please include your sales receipt.
3. Returns or credits will be processed within 3 days of receipt and inspection of item (s). We will confirm receipt of the returned item(s) and completion of the refund, by email also.
4. If the item has been misrepresented you will get a full refund and your shipping refunded also.

"Cooling off Period"

As this purchase has been made through the distance selling methods you are entitled by law to cancel this order within 7 working days, if payment has been made you will get a full refund.

Exported Goods

Any return from outside the UK must be clearly marked "Returned Goods". Country of Origin UK, failure to do so will incur Custom Charges and extra carrier handling Fees, chargeable to sender.
