They are made in two sections. The lower section contains flowers of Rubies and rose-cut Diamonds with pierced through leaves and swirls. 
All the edges and ornamentation are festooned with dozens of sparkling rose-cut Diamonds. There must be at least 2 ½ Carats of Quality Diamonds in Total.
In the upper section, there are three Quality square-cut Rubies. They are clear, and a deep blood red.
