A Beautiful and Elegant Antique Bracelet set with Coral.There are ten patterned ‘mounts’ which frame and protect the Coral.There are nine sections of Coral each consisting of six rows of cylindrical Coral beads threaded on to the original string.Coral has been a popular material for Jewellery since Antiquity, and was valued, not only for its colour, but also for its perceived Magical Powers. It was worn to ward off evil, and even used for medicinal purposes in the Middle Ages. Due to the effects of pollution, Coral is getting hard to find. Antique Coral is a very good Investment.At the ends, the Coral has been made into a triangle with the fastener at the end.The catch is a simple and secure bolt ring and is stamped ‘750’ for 18 carat Gold.It measures 7 ¾ inches, and an extra gold jump ring could easily be added to make it longer, if required.It is in Excellent Condition.Old Code E3605.
