These unique, old enamelled bird clip on earrings are stamped BJL.BJL is an unknown maker 1920-1930.The most often seen jewellery is the enamel and marcasite brooches, clip earrings & necklaces but they are quite rare and underrated.The earrings are in the shape of small birds.The painted enamel birds are in beautiful colours with small sparkling black stones inlaid into the wings and a small sparkling green stone for the eye.The attention to detail is amazing.These earrings boast superb workmanship and design.The earrings are clip ons so they can be enjoyed by all earring lovers.They are in very good condition and look amazing when worn.They weigh 7.4 grams.They measure 20mm acrross by 10mm down - that's under 1 inch by 1/2 an inch.Old Code 2247.
