A Delightful and Attractive Fine Victorian Gold Cameo Brooch/possible Pendant.
Hand-Carved in shell, the theme is an elegant young woman with attractive hair ornamentation of flowers. The masterful carving clearly depicts the details of her hair, features and dress.This is set in a Gold mount with an open fretwork frame.
At the back, it is stamped ‘9ct’ and the pin and ‘c’ clasp are in Excellent Condition and original.There is also a safety chain, for extra Security.
It measures 53mm. by 1 ¾ inches.By having a Gold loop fitted at the top it could be a Pendant as well.
