These are Impressive, Unique and Beautiful Victorian piqué Earrings, c. 1870They are inset with floral patterns of Mother-of-Pearl, and graduated circles around the outsides.The stems are rope-twists and spirals of inlaid Gold.These Earrings have been made with consummate skill - expertise impossible to find nowadays.This great craftsmanship continues with the fluted shaping of the Earrings and the bevelled edges.The shepherd’s crook Earwires are long for extra security when wearing.They weigh 5.7 grams.They hang over 2 ¼ inches from the top of the Gold Earwire, by 12mm across at the widest, and are in Excellent Condition.Old Code E4357.
