This hand painted Russian brooch and earring suite is fabulous.The brooch and earrings are rhombus or diamond shaped with detailed decorative silver filigree on the bottom two sides.The enamel is pale cream with an assortment of hand painted gaily coloured flowers adorning the front.The earrings have shepherd hook wires for pierced ears.Look at the fancy silver filigree detail on the backs of the earrings.This substantial jewellery suite is in very good condition and looks fabulous when worn.The brooch weighs 19.6 grams and the earrings weigh 11.5 grams.The brooch measures 35mm all round - that's just under 1 1/2 inches.The earrings measure 18mm all round - that's 3/4 an inch.Old Code 1590-91.
