This is a wonderful cultured Black Opal sterling silver butterfly Pendant in the Victorian style.
It boasts beautifully coloured Black Opals that are set in the wings of the butterfly.
The Opal is a kaleidoscope of rainbow colours - shimmering and changing colours with the light.
Opals radiate a myriad of colours - blues, pinks, greens, turquoise and an inner orange.
Black Opals are very sought after which makes this Pendant extremely special.
This is 925 sterling silver.
It weighs 5.2 grams.
In very good condition it looks gorgeous when worn.
The dimensions of the Pendant are 19mm across and 20mm down - that's approximately 3/4 of an inch by just over 3/4 of an inch.
