These stunning Victorian style large sterling Silver Marcasite & Plique a Jour flower Earrings are so pretty.Each Earring is set with 7 Marcasites in the centre which are approx 0.05cts each.The Marcasites then surround 3 large Red Plique a Jour heart shaped petals.The beautiful Earrings are adorned with sparkling Marcasites which glisten like Diamonds.The Plique A Jour means ''Open to Light'' - translucent enamel held in an open Silver framework - like a stained glass window.The Earrings are set in sterling Silver - stamped 925.These lovely Earrings are in very good condition and look fabulous when worn.They weigh 8.1 grams.The dimension of the Earrings is 26mm in width all round, when measured at the furthest points - that's approx just over 1 inch.The dimensions from the centre Marcasite to the outside petals is 11mm - that's approx half an inch.
