This is a very pretty and discrete Victorian French Jet Bar Brooch or Pin.
It is a Unique and original display of 5 half-spheres, which have been carefully carved and grooved with tiny millepoint cuts.
Between these are 8 small faceted points of Jet.
It could be worn either way, and on a lapel, or as a tiepin. With original ‘c’clasp and pin, it is in Excellent Condition and measures 1½ inches by ¼ inch.Old Code 3385.
