These Unique, Beautiful and Alluring Antique dangly Earrings feature carved Coral and Cherubs, set in Antique Gold and backed with Rare Tortoiseshell.
They are made in two sections. The main section consists of a pendeloque of Coral carved in the shape of bunches of grapes and leaves.
This is set into an ornate Gold frame, which is backed with a layer of tortoiseshell.

  Coral has been a popular material for Jewellery since Antiquity, and was valued, not only for its colour, but also for its perceived Magical Powers. It was worn to ward off evil, and even used for medicinal purposes in the Middle Ages. Due to the effects of pollution, Coral is getting hard to find. Antique Coral is a very good Investment.

 

These are Beautiful and Sophisticated Quality Antique Gold Earrings set with precious Pink Tourmalines.
At the centre, there is an oval fully faceted Pink Tourmaline of approx. 1 ½ carats. 
There are three more smaller Tourmalines under this, and another above. 
There is another Tourmaline just under each ear wire.
The Tourmalines are a beautifully clear, vibrant Pink.
There is a Total of approx. four Carats, set in an ornate Art Nouveau Gold setting.
They hang 35mm from the top of the ear wire, by 10mm. at the widest.

These are Beautiful Antique Amethyst Earrings.
The centre of the cross is a fabulous table-cut Amethyst of 1 carat weight – the centres totalling 2 carats. Beautifully-cut and clear.
They are mounted in a millepoint Antique gold setting. The ‘arms’ of the cross each contain a circular Amethyst (8 in total) which are collet set.
The whole cross is outlined in a gold rope twist edging, on shepherd’s hoof wires for pierced ears.
In Excellent Condition. Very Fine – top Quality, they drop 1 ¼ inches and the cross is 17mm.

These are Beautiful Garnets in a Gold claw setting.
Each finely cut deep red wine Garnet measures 11mm by 9 mm, and is over 3 carats weight! – a total of 6 carats!
They are claw set and mounted in an interesting gold raised and pierced gallery.
It is unusual to find such lovely, old Gold Clip Earrings – and in Excellent Condition.
